Carthage High School is pleased to announce

The Distinguished Tiger Alumni Award

In honor of Mrs. Caroline Tubbs

Mrs. Tubbs was a lifelong advocate for education, not only as an educator but as a life-long learner herself. Before her passing in the fall of 2022, Mrs. Tubbs was passionate about recognizing those graduates from Carthage High School who have achieved greatness to which their academic experience in our district has contributed to society.

 

The Distinguished Tiger Alumni Award is to recognize former graduates who have shown great contributions in the areas of education, business, human services, government, fine arts and financial support.

 

Qualifications include: 

  • Achieved outstanding record in their field.
  • Contributed significantly to their field, profession and community at large
  • Exhibits outstanding leadership, character, and service to their community
  • Graduated from Carthage High School at least 10 years ago

To Nominate a Candidate: 

  • Nomination forms are available online or at the Carthage School District Office and Carthage High School. 
  • Nominations accepted December 19, 2025 – January 31, 2026
