His transformative initiatives at Carthage Technical Center have included successful participation in Bond Campaign efforts, resulting in substantial expansions of CTE facilities and resources. Dr. Tiller's oversight of curriculum enhancements has ensured that students receive a comprehensive and industry-relevant education, leading to a significant increase in student internship opportunities.

Financial stewardship and compliance have also been a hallmark of Dr. Tiller's tenure. His responsible allocation of Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds (HEERF) and collaboration with auditors to maintain fiscal transparency underscore his commitment to resource stewardship that benefits both students and the institution.

Dr. Tiller's dedication to program accreditation and quality assurance is exemplified by his role in the reaccreditation of the Practical Nursing program through the Council on Occupational Education (COE).
