Carthage R-9 School District, located in Carthage, Missouri, serves as an educational cornerstone for the community, offering comprehensive learning opportunities from birth through 12^th grade students. The district is committed to fostering academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning through a variety of programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of its students.  With a focus on student achievement, growth, and success-readiness, Carthage R-9 provides a robust curriculum, innovative teaching strategies, and integration of technology. Intervention programs are designed to support learners at every level.  In addition to K-12 grad offerings, Carthage R-9 also values early learning as a foundational component for long-term student outcomes, providing quality preschool and kindergarten programs to prepare young learners for future success.  Carthage schools also feature a state-of-the-art technical center that collaborates with the high school to provide students with hands-on training and certifications in various skilled trades, preparing them for college and career pathways.
