Carthage K-8 Summer School 2025

Are you ready to go on an adventure this summer? Join us at Carthage R-9 Summer School from May 29 to June 25 as we go Trekking the National Parks! 

Explore, discover, and learn with our fun and engaging science and technology-focused education program designed for Kindergarten to 8th-grade students. 

WHEN:  Thursday, May 29th - Wednesday, June 25th ● 8:00 am to 2:30 pm

WHERE: Students who will be in K – 3rd for the 2025-2026 school year will attend at the following locations: Columbian Elementary, Fairview Elementary, and Steadley Elementary

  • Mark Twain students will attend at Fairview
  • Pleasant Valley students will attend at Steadley
  • Students who will be in 4th or 5th for the 2025-2026 school year will attend at the Carthage Intermediate Center
  • Students who will be in 6th – 8th for the 2025-2026 school year will attend at the Carthage 6th Grade Center

We will maintain an intentional focus on essential learning for your child(ren), preparing them for the next grade level. 

What You Need to Know:

🖥️ Online enrollment opened March 24th and must be completed before your child attends summer school.

🚌 Bus transportation is provided for students.
🍎 Breakfast and lunch are FREE for all attendees.
